CVD Diabetes
Perhaps Enigma's flagship electronic clinical decision support system. This has been used as part of clinical care delivery for over 300,000 patients. This clinical decision support module combines over 1000 rules to create truly patient tailored treatment plans and advice.
It can be used for the management of diabetic or non-diabetic patients at any stage of treatment, from CVD Risk Assessment through to complex Diabetes Management cases.
Predict CCM Online
Chronic Care Management Online, is a suite of Predict based chronic care management tools, this system delivers clinical decision support for CVD, Diabetes, CHF, COPD, Depression and provides support for patients who have frequent admissions to secondary care.
This tool implements the CMDHB CCM programmes and manages their eligibility / entry criteria for funding as well as delivering useful clinical decision support information.
Your Heart Forecast
The world leading CVD Risk visualisation tool used by Clinicians, during consultations with patients. This tool uses a risk trajectory approach to convey CVD Risk to patients, it shows in detail how their risk profile will change over time and also helps to convey how much they can do about their risk. This tool directly shows a patient how modifiable their risk profile is. It is a fantastic patient engagement tool.
Acute Predict (ANZACS-QI)
A fully fledged Electronic Decision Support module for CVD and Diabetes, including an ACS and PCI registry. Used in NZ hospitals for CPI tracking and management.
EpiNet
Web based patient registry for clinicians and researchers, allowing efficient data collection for improved management of the global epileptic population. Currently being used by clinicians in over 14 countries.
PRISM
A novel approach for PHOs to deliver and control funding for providers. This provides managed budgets, eligibility criteria, automated payments (BCTIs), budget reallocation, service utilisation visibility and more.
PCRMS
Primary Care Referral Management System is designed to be used to help to centrally coordinate inward referrals to services from Primary Care. This system is integrated with the HealthLink eReferral platform and consumes inward referral messages generated within Primary Care.
The first instance of this system is currently running in Northland across their Primary Mental Health Programme which is a set of services consumed from within Primary Care, coordinated by PHO based regional coordinators and delivered by external service providers.
This has been a great success. The model and product is easily modified to cater for almost any type of services, it is not specific to Mental Health.
SCPMS
This product brings together the Primary Care providers and the DHB funded midwifery services. Recently, routine prenatal care has been pushed back into Primary Care, this system helps to support the delivery of funding and coordination between primary and secondary services.
