Enigma’s Position on Vaccination

The health and safety of our team, customers, suppliers and visitors has always been a priority for us at Enigma Solutions. We are currently assessing our health and safety requirements to provide an environment that can best protect our people, and the people we do business with, from the effects of COVID-19.

We have implemented the following interim measures effective from Friday 3rd December 2021, which we believe best fits with the NZ Government’s COVID-19 response recommendations:

Visits to your workplace

Only fully vaccinated Enigma Solutions team members are permitted to visit your premises. They will follow all your COVID-19 protocols including any requirement to present proof of vaccination on arrival. If they are unable to comply with these protocols, they will advise immediately and withdraw from the visit.

If you or your team members are not fully vaccinated, we kindly ask that you support our approach by not requesting a face-to-face meeting.

Visits to our workplace

Only fully vaccinated visitors are permitted on our premises. On arrival visitors will be required to:

  • Sign in (Electronic or Paper Register)
  • Present proof of vaccination
  • Follow all applicable COVID-19 protocols or restrictions as per Government guidelines for Auckland, including the wearing of masks if requested

All of our team members remain available to meet with you virtually.

We fully acknowledge the risks associated with COVID-19 and accept those measures which are to be taken to mitigate or eliminate these risks. We will proactively review these measures regularly to ensure they reflect any new guidelines as they evolve in the future.
